JUNIPER RIDGE by mellowtraumatic Location - Southwest of Whiterun between the Western Watchtower and Ft. Greymoor. Fast Travel - Yes, already enabled. Rooms - Alchemy/enchanting area near the door, kitchen area situated around the fire, and a bedroom nook. Storage - Outside has 2 x barrels. Inside has 6 barrels, 4 chests, 5 crates, 1 cupboard, 1 dresser, 1 end table, 1 strong box, 2 large sacks, 2 sacks, 1 knapsack and 1 satchel. Special Features - The bed grants a Rested Bonus. All containers start empty and do not respawn. There are enchanting and alchemy tables. There's also a shrine to Julianos, for blessings and disease curing. Outside, there are two chickens with nests and eggs, a goat, a small garden and a beehive that contains two bees and two honeycombs. It should respawn. There's also a chopping block with an axe for wood cutting. Notes - Requires the latest Skyrim Patch.

	RIFTEN RIVERSIDE HOME by Princess Stomper Location - At the Riften Docks near the alchemist. Fast Travel - No Rooms - One partitioned room featuring kitchen/dining area and double bedroom. Downstairs there's a further "boat" bed, study area and storage. Storage - Ten "player house" chests, an end table, two dressers, a cupboard, two wardrobes and two non-respawning food barrels Special Features - Very unique four poster bed in double bedroom. Nautical themed decor throughout. The downstairs room looks out onto a stunning underwater scene. Notes/Requirements - None
